Our commitment

Symra, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our own website and to the software we deliver for clients.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to support clients with Section 508 requirements. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to identify and resolve issues as we find them.

Measures we take

• Keyboard-navigable interactive elements and a visible focus indicator
• A "skip to content" link and descriptive link text
• Sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences
• Form fields with associated labels

Accessibility in the software we build

Accessibility is part of how we deliver client work. We can include accessibility acceptance criteria in a statement of work, and we offer Section 508 / accessibility remediation as a service for existing applications.
